2. angel-portal.com has no agents and does not operate through any agents those specifically mentioned on the home page of the website.

3. The services provided by the websites maintained, operated or owned by angel-portal.com do not extend to acting as an agent (express or implied) on behalf of any subscriber or user

4. In case a person using the world wide web/internet receives a spam or virus which includes a link to angel-portal.com or to any other site maintained, operated or owned by angel-jobs.com, it should not be held responsible for the same. angel-portal.com assumes no responsibility for such mails.

5. angel-portal.com will not be party to any legal proceedings between a user (e.g. a subscriber) and a party contracted through the site. In case angel-portal.com is implicated in any legal proceedings, costs will be recovered from the party that names angel-jobs.com

6. angel-portal.com angel-portal.com, however, will abide with any court order served on it through due process.

7. angel-portal.com The site is a public site with free access and "User" or "You" means any person who access or avail this site of the Company for the purpose of hosting, publishing, sharing, transacting, displaying or uploading information or views and includes other persons jointly participating in using the site of the Company.

8. angel-portal.com assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of responses. angel-portal.com cannot monitor the responses that a person may receive in response to information he/she has displayed on the site. The individual/company would have to conduct its own background checks on the bonafide nature of all response(s).

9. angel-portal.com will not be liable on account of any inaccuracy of information on this website. It is the responsibility of the visitor to further research the information on the site. Any breach of privacy or of the information provided by the consumer to angel-portal.com to be placed on the website by technical or any other means is not the responsibility of angel-jobs.com.

11. angel-portal.com does not authorize any subsidiary in whole or part to take money on assurance of jobs and users bear the sole responsibility of the same.

12. We reserve the right to terminate services, without prior notice, to the originator of spam. No refund shall be admissible under such circumstances.

13. If the Agreement is terminated pursuant to clauses set out as above, without prejudice to any other remedies available to the Company, the User shall be liable for Subscription Fees payable until the Date of Termination. 14. When the Service subscribed for is suspended for any reason whatsoever the User shall continue to be liable for all charges and fee notwithstanding such suspension

15. Upon subsequent payment by the User of such monies as demanded by the Company, the Company may at its discretion and subject to such terms as it deems proper, reconnect the Service.

Following is an illustrative (not exhaustive) list of the kinds of messages which can be classified as spam:

1. Short list div unsolicited bulk messages/unsolicited commercial communications.
2. Voice calls/SMS to telephone numbers registered on the National Consumer Preference Register.
3. Non job related mails.
4. Messages with misleading subject lines.
5. Blank messages.
6. Extra ordinary high number of mails
7. Mails soliciting payments.
8. Misleading/fraudulent mails.
9. The user undertakes not to duplicate, download publish, modify and distribute material on angel-portal.com unless specifically authorized by angel-portal.com in this regard.
10. The user undertakes not to establish any deep link or other connection to any specific page of angel-portal.com other than the home page without obtaining prior consent of angel-jobs.com
11. The user undertakes to use angel-portal.com for his/her own purposes. Using content from angel-portal.com for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent from angel-portal.com is stringently prohibited
12. angel-portal.com uses technological means to exclude robots etc. from crawling the website and scraping content. The user undertakes not to circumvent these methods
13. Users undertake that the services offered by angel-portal.com shall not be utilized to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail. angel-portal.com reserves the right to filter and monitor and block the emails sent by you/user using the servers maintained by angel-portal.com to relay emails. All attempts shall be made by angel-portal.com and the user to abide by International Best Practices in containing and eliminating Spam
14. Users shall not spam the database maintained by angel-portal.com or indiscriminately and repeatedly forward mail that may be considered spam etc. etc. Any conduct of the user in violation of this clause shall entitle angel-portal.com to forthwith terminate all services to the user without notice and to forfeit any amounts paid by him/her/her/her
15. The user expressly states that the resume/insertion or information/ data being fed into the network of angel-portal.com by the user is correct and complete in all respects and does not contain any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent or misleading facts or averments. angel-portal.com expressly disclaims any liability arising out of the said resume insertion/information/ data so fed into the network of angel-portal.com by the user. Further, the user agrees to indemnify angel-portal.com for all losses incurred by angel-portal.com due to any false, distorted, manipulated, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent or misleading facts or otherwise objectionable averments made by the user on the network of angel-jobs.com.
16. The user is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the user password and user identification and all activities and transmission performed by the user through his user identification and shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving credit cards/debit cards or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions and angel-portal.com assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards/debit cards used by the subscriber online/off-line.
17. The User/Subscriber/Visitor to angel-portal.com and/or its affiliated websites does hereby specifically agree that he/she shall, at all times, comply with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000 as also rules, regulations, guidelines, by laws and notifications made there under, while assessing or feeding any resume/ insertion or information/data into the computers, computer systems or computer network of angel-jobs.com. The said User/ subscriber/ visitor to angel-portal.com and/or its affiliated websites does further unequivocally declare that in case he violates any provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and/or rules, regulations, guidelines, by laws and notifications made there under, he shall alone be responsible for all his/her acts, deeds and things and that he alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force.
18. The user is solely responsible for obtaining; at his/her own cost, all licenses, permits, consents, approvals and intellectual property or other rights as may be required by the user for using the Service.

Prohibited Activities:

The user shall not upload, post, transmit, publish or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. The User / subscriber / visitor to angel-portal.com or affiliated site(s) is prohibited from uploading, posting, transmitting, updating, hosting, displaying, modifying, publishing or sharing: any information that:

1. Infringe on any intellectual property rights of any person / entity or retain information / download any information from any computer system or otherwise with an intention to do so;
2. 4. Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature; impersonate another person;
5. Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;Violates any law for the time being in force;
6. Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
7. Any content and/ or comment/information uploaded by User/You on the Site which is non-compliant with The Information Technology Act, 2000, Rules and regulations, guidelines made thereunder, user agreement and privacy policy, as amended/re-enacted from time to time, for access or usage of Company's Services/Site/computer resource, the Company has the right to immediately terminate the access or usage rights of the user to the said services and site and remove/disable all information including the non-compliant information. Furthermore, the Company shall have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to the Company under the applicable laws.
8. In case of non-compliance of the foregoing, the access of such users to the site shall be immediately terminated.
9. angel-portal.com will make best efforts to do so but does not warrant that any of the websites or any affiliate site(s) or network system linked to it is free of any operational errors nor does it warrant that it will be free of any virus, computer contaminant, worm, or other harmful components
10. angel-portal.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user's account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars

12. Payments for the services offered by angel-portal.com shall be on a 100% advance basis. Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of angel-jobs.com. angel-portal.com offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the customers card/bank accounts. angel-portal.com gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. angel-portal.com under takes no liability for free services. angel-portal.com reserves its right to amend/alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. All terms/disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.
13. Any agreement for a subscription/usage entered into by angel-portal.com does not confer exclusivity of service on any subscriber/user.
14. This free service entitles the user alone i.e. the same person, to add modify or change the data/information fed in by him/her but does not entitle him/her to use the free service to feed fresh insertion or information/data /resume of another person in place of the insertion or information/data already fed in by such user.
15. angel-portal.com has the right to make all such modifications/editing of resume in order to fit resume in its database.
16. The subscriber shall be assigned a password (s) by angel-portal.com to enable the subscriber to access all the information received through angel-jobs.com, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and angel-portal.com shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. angel-portal.com undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber.
17. It shall be the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that it uses the privacy setting options as it deems fit to debar / refuse access of the data fed by it, to such corporate entities individuals or consultants. angel-portal.com shall not be responsible for such insertions / data being accessed by its subscribers or users whose access has not been specifically blocked /debarred by the user while using the privacy settings.
18. Even though you may have marked your profile as unsearchable, on viewing a recruiter profile when you are logged into your angel-portal.com account, a snapshot of your profile maybe made visible to the recruiter.
19. angel-portal.com shall not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by subscriber due to reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes/conditions that are beyond angel-jobs.com's reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.
20. angel-portal.com reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, shall be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of angel-jobs.com.
21. angel-portal.com will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.
22. This subscription is not transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.
23. The subscriber shall be assigned password(s) by angel-portal.com to enable the subscriber to access all the information received through angel-jobs.com, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and angel-portal.com shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. angel-portal.com undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber
24. The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
25. All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and angel-portal.com will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.
26. All Disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and angel-portal.com will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situated in Mumbai alone.
27. Although angel-portal.com will make all possible efforts to adhere to these privacy settings, it will not be responsible for a resume being seen by a blocked user for any reason. For best privacy settings it is recommended that you do not allow your resume to be searched at all.

Resume Writing:

1. The subscriber shall certify that the information/data supplied by it to angel-portal.com is accurate and correct.
2. The subscriber shall give reasonable time to angel-portal.com for writing of resumes.
3. The subscriber must respond to the queries raised (sent by email) by angel-portal.com within 7 days of such a query being raised failing which, angel-portal.com shall stand absolved of its entire obligation, if any. The subscription amount once paid for by the subscribers is not refundable and all amount(s) paid on behalf of the subscriber shall stand appropriated.
4. The liability, if any, of angel-portal.com is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the subscriber.
5. angel-portal.com offers no guarantee or warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume is written and used by the subscriber to apply for jobs.
6. Content and Images (Visuals) in visual resume are provided by subscriber.angel-portal.com disclaims all warranties against infringement.
7. Services of angel-portal.com are available only to those individuals/organizations that can form legally binding contracts enforceable under applicable law. The service shall be deemed to have commenced on the date of commencement.
8. All individual Users who access or make postings of information at angel-portal.com for the purpose of seeking employment shall be exempted from the application of this clause.
9. Liability for payment of the subscription fees shall accrue from the date of commencement.

Subscription fees shall be the rate applicable for the services provided as mentioned in the product catalogue or as may be prescribed by the company from time to time.

Subscription Policies (Premium / Paid Services):

1. angel-jobs.com, in its sole discretion, determines that a violation of the Terms & Conditions has occurred, angel-portal.com may pursue any of its legal remedies, including but not limited to the immediate deletion of any offending material from its site or/and cancellation of user's account and/or the exclusion of any person(s) who may have violated any Terms & Conditions. angel-portal.com could also pursue violators with claims that they have violated various criminal and/or civil law provisions as applicable under the relevant acts/rules. angel-portal.com will cooperate with any investigation by any central or/and state or/and local body or/and any court or/and tribunal having the competence to carry out the same. Such cooperation may be without notice to the user. If angel-portal.com believes in its sole discretion that any advertisement or/and services may create liability for angel-jobs.com, angel-portal.com may take any actions that it believes are prudent or necessary to minimize or/and eliminate its potential liability, including but not limited to, the release of user information. In sum, angel-portal.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, or/and to remove any listings or/and any advertisements for any reason, and without notice.
2. The accuracy of the registration data given to the Company on initial application for the service shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
3. angel-portal.com shall reserve the exclusive right to cancel any content whatsoever from being published or reflected on its website or in any other mode.
4. The subscription fees shall be paid by the User on demand. In case the user disputes the same for any reason whatsoever, he shall make the payment towards the subscription fees accrued subject to the decision of the Company on the dispute. In the event of Company deciding the dispute in user's favor, the Company shall refund to the user any excess amount paid by the user without any interest.
5. When Subscription Fee accrues it shall be paid/ payable at or within such time as stated in the invoice(s) raised by the Company on the User. In case of any delay in the payment by the User of any sums due under this Agreement, the Company shall have the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount from the date the payment became due up to the date of final payment by the User at the rate of 24 % p.a.
6. The User confirms that he has obtained all licenses and permits which are necessary for posting and uploading a job listing on the company's website. He / She indemnifies and agrees to keep the company indemnified against all demands, claims and damages which may arise out of the said job posting.
7. Any licenses, permits, consents, approvals and intellectual property or other rights as may be required for using the Service shall be obtained by the User at his own cost.
8. The user will ensure compliance with all notices or instructions given by the Company from time to time to enable the use of the service.
9. The user understands and agrees that User is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes and for all costs that are incurred in using the angel-portal.com service.
10. The user shall be solely responsible for all information retrieved, stored and transmitted through the Service by him/her/her/her.
11. The user understands and agrees that he shall at all times comply with the requirements of Information Technology Act 2000 as well as all rules, regulations, guidelines, bye laws and notifications made there under.
12. The user hereby expressly agrees that the Company has performed and complied with the requirements of Information Technology Act 2000 as well as all rules, regulations, guidelines, by laws and notifications made there under.
13. The user shall keep confidential and not disclose to any person the User's password and user identification and all activities and transmission performed by the User through his user identification.
14. The user shall immediately notify the Company of any un-authorized use of the User's account or any other breach of security known to the User.
15. The user shall promptly make the payment to the Company towards the Subscription Fees as and when it becomes payable.
16. The user shall be responsible for the set-up or configuration of his equipment for accessing any Service.
17. For SMS services, user's mobile phone number will be used during the transmission of text messages through the mobile service provider's server.
18. User agrees that SMS or its contents once sent for availing SMS services shall be treated as final and the same cannot be withdrawn, changed or retrieved subsequently under any circumstances.
19. SMS service is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.
20. By using various SMS based services, User agrees to receive phone calls, messages etc. from angel-portal.com tailored to provide with better job opportunities.
21. User agrees to allow angel-portal.com and employers/recruiters registered online or associated with it to get in touch with him/her from time to time on events, offers, information and promotions regarding jobs and ancillary services through landline, mobile or any other means.
22. User agrees that in the event he/she does not want recruiters / employers to send SMS alerts, he/she can opt out of the facility by changing his/her settings in edit personal profile section.
23. angel-portal.com in its sole discretion shall reserve the right to edit, modify and alter the content. User agrees that such content placed with angel-portal.com shall be reflected after 48 hours. The user further agrees to the stipulated 48 hours processing
24. The user will indemnify Company for any action or claim committed/made by any third party resulting from any information posted on the site by the user or/and anybody else on his/her behalf.
25. User is restrained from allowing any person other than the authorized person(s) named in the Order form to use the service
26. The user undertakes not to resell or assign his/her rights or obligations under this Terms & Conditions. User also agrees not to make any unauthorized commercial use of the service.
27. The user shall use the service only for the purpose for which it is subscribed.
28. The user shall comply with all applicable laws (and shall not contravene any applicable law) of India relating to the Services, including any regulation made pursuant thereto.
29. The user shall not print, download, duplicate or otherwise copy, delete, vary or amend or use any data or personal information posted by any user on angel-portal.com except such data and information which are posted by the particular user him/her/her/herself.
30. User is prohibited from uploading multiple resumes of the same User/Individual using same or different accounts. Company reserves the right to remove any or all such resumes without further notice.
31. The user shall not share the service with any person without the prior written approval of the Company.
32. The user shall not use the service for any unlawful purpose including without limitation criminal purposes.
33. The service shall not be used to send or receive any message, which is offensive on moral, religious, racial or political grounds or of an abusive, indecent, obscene, defamatory or menacing nature.
34. The user shall be prohibited in persistently sending messages or make postings on angel-portal.com to any other user or third party who access angel-portal.com without reasonable cause or for causing any threat or/and harassment or/and annoyance or/and anxiety or/and any other inconvenience whatsoever caused to any person.
35. The service shall not be used to send or receive any message, which is offensive on moral, religious, racial or political grounds or of an abusive, indecent, obscene, defamatory or menacing nature.
36. The user shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any person or/and retain information in any computer system or otherwise with an intention to do so.
37. The User shall give out to the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights, in any existing or future media, known or unknown, over the material or User Data displayed in your listings. For the purpose of this Agreement, "User Data" shall mean all information (if any) submitted by the User to angel-portal.com with the exception of trading data, credit card numbers, checking account numbers, etc. "Individually Identifiable User Data" shall mean that subset of "User Data" which can be reasonably used to identify a specific individual such as their name, address, phone number, etc. The User Data shall be deemed to be the property of angel-jobs.com. The User shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure that it is accurate and complete and not misleading in any way.
38. User agrees not to make use of anyone else's Information other than as necessary to complete any angel-portal.com transactions in which he is involved.
39. The user shall not violate, or attempt to violate the security of angel-portal.com and/or any web sites linked to angel-portal.com or gain un-authorized access any information regarded as private by other Users or persons, including but without limitation to accessing data and information not intended for them or logging onto a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or attempting to breach security or authentication.
40. In the event that the user breaches any of the above mentioned covenants, the Company shall have the right to delete any material relating to the violations without prior notice to the user. The Company shall issue a warning to the User to discontinue any activity which leads to the said violations and in the event the User continues with such prohibited activity, the Company reserves the unilateral right to suspend or/and deactivate the user's access to angel-portal.com the Service and/or any other related facility and to forfeit any amounts paid by him/her. In addition to the right to indemnity available to the Company, the Company shall have the right to any legal remedy, against the User to recover the loss suffered by the Company and the harm caused to the reputation of the Company, due to such violation by the user.
41. The Users shall avail of the angel-portal.com or any other related site for lawful purposes alone. Transmission or/and distribution or/and storage of material or/and conduct in violation of any applicable local or/and state or/and Central or/and foreign law or/and regulation is prohibited. This includes without limitation any unauthorized use of material protected by patent or/and copyright or/and trademark or/and other intellectual property right, material that is obscene or/and defamatory or/and libelous or/and constitutes an illegal threat, or/and violates rights of privacy or publicity, or/and violates export control laws. The user may use the information on our site only to the extent necessary to facilitate angel-portal.com related transactions.
42. The user is hereby prohibited from charging any fee from the candidates whose data is available on angel-portal.com for processing job application of such person.
43. The user/third parties is/are hereby prohibited from making any claim, false representation/assertions.
44. The angel-portal.com strongly opposes SPAM, which floods the Internet with unwanted and unsolicited email and deteriorates the performance and availability of the angel-portal.com service. All forms of SPAM, or any other activities that have the effect of facilitating SPAM, are strictly prohibited.
45. angel-portal.com also prohibits the use of another Internet service to send or post SPAM to drive visitors to your site hosted on or through angel-portal.com systems, whether or not the messages were originated by you, under your direction, or by or under the direction of a related or unrelated third party.
46. The terms and conditions appearing herein consists of the entire agreement between the Party/User (as defined above ) and the Company (as defined above ) and replaces all previous arrangements/schedules between the parties regarding the subject matter contained hereinabove. By completing the registration process and/or checking the "I have read and accept the Terms of Use” box, you are indicating your acceptance to the agreement and to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Company as appearing hereinabove.
47. Any complaints or concerns with regards to content or to report any abuse of laws or breach of these terms may be taken up with the designated grievance redressal officer as mentioned below via post or by sending an email to support@angel-jobs.com

Note : The terms in this agreement may be changed by angel-portal.com at any time. angel-portal.com is free to offer its services to any client/prospective client without restriction.
